Abstract
Residential Housing satisfaction educations have complicated the responsiveness of scholars completely over the world. This paper awards the result of housing satisfaction secures with private residential estate development in Nigeria. Four main Housing satisfaction components identified and measured. Consequence of the analysis reveals that residents have generally express low satisfaction with their residence unit features. They are however, neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the whole housing. The consequence of this explore can be used as yard stick for development control monitoring parameters as well as policy guide in the developing countries in general, and Abuja in particular. It additional compliments existing body of knowledge on housing satisfaction.
